In today’s world; majority of FMCG brands are focusing on Zero Sugar or No Sugar, what if I tell you that Sugar can also make you healthy? Yes, you read it right. Today we will NOT represent Sugar as an EVIL substance but I will show you why Sugar is must and which sugar is healthy.

  • Just collect the juice from sugarcane and let water evaporate naturally. The yellow/brown solid sweet thing remains after water evaporate is the “Jaggery”
  • The quality and color of the Jaggery totally depends on the quality of the Sugarcane. While if you see Sugar it is transparent because factories refine these juice and remove all the vitamins, antioxidants and minerals from it.
